Now out since December 2014!
The CLERC Hydroscaph H1 now sports metal as a bracelet option in addition to vulcanized rubber and alligator. The H1 references available with a metal bracelet option include the H1-1.B.1 (gray dial, white hands and markers), the H1-1.B.3 (blue dial, blue hands and markers), and the H1-1.B.5 (black dial, red hands and markers).
The Hydroscaph H1 Chronometer is an unmistakably adrenalin-rush model that welcomes the line’s first ever metal bracelet this year. It is made of solid steel and specially developed by CLERC to provide unbeatable comfort. Merging seamlessly into the case, it acts like an extension of the famous CLERC expandable lugs – designed to adapt to any wrist shape or size and featuring a unique structure ensuring remarkably flexible bracelet link adjustment.
The distinctive construction of this watchband accentuates the powerful style of the CLERC Hydroscaph, while providing fascinating visual effects from the alternating polished and satin-brushed finishes. It is particularly resistant and easily adjustable, even over a neoprene diving suit, and firmly secured to the wrist by a folding clasp complete with safety pushers.

CLERC says
03/01/2015 at 1:04 pmHi Paul, the H1 steel suggested retail is $6,600 – all CLERC watches are powered by custom-made C608 or C609 calibers and have nothing to do with either battery or solar power.
